Tray knives (die-cut knives Tray sealers)
Tray knives are manufactured in various dimensions and type, for brands such as Sealpack, Ilpra, Mondini, Caveco, Reepack. The knives are made of stainless steel material and have assembly lugs. We manufacture tray knives in accordance with your model, we can use the belt material with a great variety of indenting when manufacturing the knives. We can also use special indentation heights to improve cutting performance of even the most recently developed packaging foils.
Which knife do you use? In order to determine this, the following information is relevant:
Brand of your machine, shape, length, width, thickness and distance between the indentations.

Duplex seal tape:
We have a laminating machine, which enables us to manufacture this type in any variety you need and with a choice of various adhesive strips.
PTFE coating:
We can rejuvenate your PTFE coated seal bars and seal cutters at relatively low costs, simply by removing the old coating, repairing any damage and then adding a new PTFE coating layer.
Seal wire:
We supply seal wires in accordance with your specification with copper or silver plated ends. Seal wires can be provided clear or with a PTFE layer. We can also add end connectors.

Silicone Profile (Massive):

Insulation strips:
In order to insulate the seal wire of the machine electrically, insulation plastic strips are used. We have various materials available for this application for both the electric and thermal insulations of the seal beam of your machine frame.
We have various standard insulation strips available in various widths and thicknesses, which are resistant to temperatures of 180 °C to 250 °C.
Foil & machine-knives (serrated knives):

Timing belts / pull down belts :

Seal wires
FluorTech supplies seal wires for your seal machine in any type and form, with silver or copper plated with end connectors. We can supply seal wires at a short notice and at a low price. We always seal and cutting wires with a PTFE coating in stock which prevents it from sticking to the packaging foil. The sizes we have in stock are: Diameters 0.5 – 0.7 and 1mm.
Seal wires of excellent qualities
Our seal wires are of excellent quality and are mainly manufactured from resistance wire with a Nickel-Chrome alloy. We can supply in any variety you need:
