PTFE coated glass fabrics

We have an extensive selection of PTFE coated glass fabric foils and tapes in stock, adhesive and non-adhesive.

Characteristics

  • Very good non-stick (anti-adhesion qualities) by the PTFE  top coating.
  • The PTFE top layer gives the materials a very low friction coefficient (very smooth).
  • Temperature resistance of +260°C to -180°C.
  • Very good chemical resistance.
  • Material can be applied in direct contact with food.
  • The material offers a very high tensile strength and a low expansion coefficient (due to the glass fabric reinforcement). 

Supply possibilities:
We have all sorts of PTFE tape, film and PTFE foil in stock, and deviating widths available ex works. 

We cut, die-cut, and weld these materials in our own factory into any desired dimension.

We also manufacture duplex seal tape and Zone tape.

Duplex seal tape is a heat seal tape that consists of a strip of PTFE coated glass fabric which has an adhesive layer at both sides. (for more information click).

We also supply Seal cutting wire with PTFE coating in 0.5mm, 0.7mm and 1 mm diameters. We can also recoat your seal knives and seal sheets.
