A customer had been working with the same type of conveyor belt for years. Functional, but no longer economically viable. We proposed an alternative that had shown excellent results in similar production environments: a slightly shorter technical lifespan, but significantly lower costs per operating hour. During a controlled test period, we compared performance, wear and total costs. The conclusion was simple: same user experience, lower costs, less hassle. With a framework agreement, we also ensured continuity, stock security, and sustainable purchasing.

The result of this phase is clear specifications for an initial material selection.
We introduced a proven alternative that had already resulted in lower costs for other customers. Although the technical lifespan was shorter, the costs per cycle were substantially more favorable.
During the test, the following elements were monitored: temperature and load effects, wear vs. running time, and operator feedback.
The customer reported virtually no operational difference.
The figures indicated lower costs and equal performance. There were no disadvantages, but a financial advantage.
We established agreements regarding delivery times, price certainty, and stock management. By doing so, we achieve cost benefits and contribute to responsible, sustainable business operations. This results in a mutually beneficial outcome.
