PTFE coated glass fabrics:
We provide an extensive selection of PTFE coated glass fabric foils and tapes we have in stock, adhesive and non-adhesive. We have an extensive selection of PTFE coated glass fabric foil and tapes, adhesive and non-adhesive, in stock.

We cut, die-cut and weld these materials on our own premises and can have any quality and type you need in stock.

Duplex seal tape is a heat seal tape ore Zone tape which contains a strip of PTFE coated glass fabric. whereby both edges have an adhesive strip. We manufacture this tape on our own premises in any dimension you may need:

Duplex seal tape:
We have a laminating machine, which enables us to manufacture this type in any variety you need and with a choice of various adhesive strips. 

PTFE coating:
We can rejuvenate your PTFE coated seal bars and seal cutters at relatively low costs, simply by removing the old coating, repairing any damage and then adding a new PTFE coating layer.

Seal wire:
We supply seal wires in accordance with your specification with copper or silver plated ends. Seal wires can be provided clear or with a PTFE layer. We can also add end connectors.

We also supply a PTFE seal cutting wire with a diameter of:
0.5mm – 0.7mm - 1mm in stock at competitive prices.

Silicone Profile (Massive):
We offer a complete range of Silicone rubber profiles in the standard transparent quality. Besides the standard range, we can also deliver deviating sizes and shapes, our possibilities are practically unlimited.

Insulation strips:
In order to insulate the seal wire of the machine electrically, insulation plastic strips are used. We have various materials available for this application for both the electric and thermal insulations of the seal beam of your machine frame.

We have various standard insulation strips available in various widths and thicknesses, which are resistant to temperatures of 180 °C to 250 °C.

Foil & machine-knives (serrated knives):
We supply a complete program of seal cutter knives often used on a wide variety of packaging machines including Rovema,  Bosch, CFS, Aquarius, Sandiacre, Tiromat, Omori, Dixi.

Timing belts / pull down belts :
Geared belts are often used on the vertical shape, filling and sealing machines.

The geared belts ensure that sufficient grip is achieved during the transportation of the foil across the metal filling tube when packaging various food, for example chips, crisps, candy, greens, soap etc. Depending on the machine you use, the belts often have holes and grooves for vacuum transport.
