Los recubrimientos de PTFE se distinguen por una serie de propiedades \u00fanicas y de alta calidad. Ofrecen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Excelente efecto antiadherente (non-stick)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coeficiente de fricci\u00f3n muy bajo<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Resistencia a numerosos productos qu\u00edmicos<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Aptitud tanto para bajas como para altas temperaturas<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Aplicamos recubrimientos de PTFE tanto en componentes nuevos como en piezas que ya han sido recubiertas anteriormente. Dado que existen distintos tipos de recubrimientos de fluoropol\u00edmeros, no existe una soluci\u00f3n universal para cada aplicaci\u00f3n. Por ello, seleccionamos siempre el recubrimiento m\u00e1s adecuado en funci\u00f3n de su aplicaci\u00f3n y de las condiciones operativas. Adem\u00e1s, la mayor\u00eda de los recubrimientos de nuestro programa est\u00e1n certificados por la FDA para el contacto directo con alimentos (FDA 21 CFR 177.1550).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Propiedades por tipo de recubrimiento<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Recubrimiento de PTFE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Muy buenas propiedades antiadherentes (non-stick)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Coeficiente de fricci\u00f3n muy bajo: 0,04 \u2013 0,08<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Resistencia qu\u00edmica limitada (microporoso), por lo que es menos adecuado como barrera qu\u00edmica<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Apto para temperaturas de \u2013200 \u00b0C a +280 \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fisiol\u00f3gicamente inerte; aprobado por la FDA<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Espesor m\u00e1ximo de capa: 30\u201340 \u00b5m<\/strong>, temperatura de sinterizaci\u00f3n +380 a +430 \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Coeficiente de transferencia t\u00e9rmica: 0,25 W\/m\u00b7K<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Recubrimiento de PFA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Buenas propiedades antiadherentes (non-stick)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Excelente resistencia qu\u00edmica gracias a su estructura densa y libre de poros<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Apto para temperaturas de \u2013200 \u00b0C a +260 \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Fisiol\u00f3gicamente inerte; aprobado por la FDA<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A menudo aplicado en combinaci\u00f3n con FEP: PFA como capa base y FEP<\/strong> como capa superior para obtener un recubrimiento muy denso y resistente al desgaste<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Espesor m\u00e1ximo de capa: 50\u2013150 \u00b5m<\/strong>, temperatura de sinterizaci\u00f3n +360 a +390 \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Coeficiente de transferencia t\u00e9rmica: 0,19 W\/m\u00b7K<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Recubrimiento de FEP<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • Buenas propiedades antiadherentes (non-stick)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Buena resistencia qu\u00edmica<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Apto para temperaturas de \u2013200 \u00b0C a +205 \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Fisiol\u00f3gicamente inerte; aprobado por la FDA<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Recubrimiento resistente al desgaste y con alta resistencia mec\u00e1nica<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Espesor m\u00e1ximo de capa: 40\u2013100 \u00b5m<\/strong>, temperatura de sinterizaci\u00f3n +350 a +400 \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Coeficiente de transferencia t\u00e9rmica: 0,20 W\/m\u00b7K<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
